Treasurer – Jessica Jennings

Jessica began her career in dentistry in 1998, where she quickly developed a love and appreciation of a multi-specialty practice and the dynamics of quality patient care. After the birth of her daughter, Jessica continued to work part-time in dentistry providing insurance and billing support. While Jessica advanced her education, she began working in the Mental Health field providing full-time case management services to adults with severe mental illness and disorders including traumatic brain injury, where she eventually became a Program Manager.  Jessica was eager to return to dentistry and in 2012 finally merged her education, experience, and strong passion for helping others and apply all to every aspect of the dental practice, both with the team and with patients.

Currently, Jessica is the Practice Manager for a Periodontal/Prosthodontic practice in Baltimore, MD. She joined National AADOM in early 2019 and eagerly accepted the role as Chapter Treasurer. Through AADOM, Jessica enjoys increasing her knowledge and skills and finds that connecting with other Practice Managers in the community to be a game changer both professionally and personally.
